From September 29th to October 2nd, the Grizzlies will engage in their pre-season workout regimen. Following this, on October 4th, they will return to the FedExForum for a public practice session. The following day, on October 5th, the team will venture to the road to face the Hawks, marking the opening of the pre-season matchups. It's worth noting that this marks the third consecutive year the Grizzlies have held their pre-season training camp in Nashville. In 2024, the squad practiced at The Ensworth School, while in 2025, they were at Belmont University.
